”Small hotel, super friendly staff”
We were welcomed very friendly and the lady showed us the rooms to choose from. Rooms were clean and okay. The breakfast area was a bit too small and the pool was too tiny to take a swim. The noise above from the 2nd floor was not nice and stole us some sleep

”Awesome Stay!”
First time stay. It was great. Rooms updated, clean, and roomy. We rode our motorcycles there. Very relaxing. Had a side yard for us to relax, play cards and have some wine from our travels. Would definitely stay again.

”Excellent place to stay when in Monterey”
Since my last stay the hotel redecorated their rooms. The décor is very nice and comforting to the eye. I like this hotel because it is close to the sights I want to see while in Monterey as well as being easy to access from Hwy 1.

”Very clean place”
I have stayed here several times through the last several years and always book here as well as recommend it to several friends. We play duplicate bridge which is hosted at the nearby Hyatt. Could stay at the HYatt but the Stagecoach is within walking distance and they provide a continental breakfat plus a mini friadge, microwave and coffe maker in your room. Rooms have been remodeled with a nice granite in bathrooms. Flat screen TV's. Friendly staff. Great value. This is my choice when visiting Monterey!

Weve stayed at the Stage Coach Lodge several times. It is a good value for the region, very quiet and comfortable. The staff is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommened it.

”Better & Enjoyable Stay”
On our two week road trip, this was best lodge proved a comfortable and relaxing choice. Staff were really good & our check in was made nicely. We were personal attended by Owners & it made us great impression Our room was quite large for a hotel of this type and had obviously been recently refurbished and was very clean and well organized. Once the new reception and breakfast area are completed, I'm sure this place will be even better. Happy to recommend & will stay again
