”Nice small motel”
We were visiting Monterey Aquarium with our children and grandchildren. 10 of us altogether. We all stayed at Stage Coach Lodge and had an enjoyable visit. The kids liked swimming in the small pool and being able to get some breakfast in the lobby before we went out. There are only 26 rooms in this motel, each somewhat different from the others & it is very quiet and located close to everything.

”Lazy simple trip to do nothing with hubby and daughter”
I would come back. Decent spacious parking. Room and beds were clean. Toilet flushed well. Tv had good channels. The bathroom fan works. Faucet/shower were easy to use. Hot and cold water worked. I really like their organic toiletries. Continental breakfast was perfect for us. It was a comfortable stay. No complaints about the actual room. But some things to consider... There do not appear to be any staff or security after 10 pm. On our first night on 9/3, there was a bit of drama where one of the female tenants was talking very loudly on her phone, fighting with her partner from 11 pm to 1 am. I wish there was a staff member to handle that. I regret not doing anything about it.

Last minute stay but must say everything was very nice. service was excellent, licated in quiet area. We did not get a chace to have breakfast as we left before it started.

”Cute Inn located minutes from airport ”
We needed a place for three families to stay, located close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised to find the rio.so as nice as we're shown on the website. Netherlands roomso were clean, nicely furnished, and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was simple; cereal, toast and coffee. Will certainly keep this place in mind for future travel.

”Amazing find”
Apprehensive as a real bargain But really lived up to the positive reviews. Perfect stop for those on a road trip or with a few days in Monterey. Easy walk to Fishermans Wharf.

”Owner's Pride Shows”
The Lodge is super clean, nicely appointed and very quiet. The location is good for access to all of Monterey's sights. A basic continental breakfast is offered. The rooms have free wi-fi and even USB charging ports. The staff made check in/out very quick and easy. This is a real gem.

”Great little gem of a lodge”
This is a very well run hotel. Room 108 was quiet and so nice, not facing the parking lot. New upgrades in flooring, bathroom and furniture. Very impressive for the price! Lovely bougainvillea blooming in parking lot. Very thoughtful and accommodating manager. Great housekeeping staff. Highly recommend this place. Good location.. away from the touristy hotel row. A few blocks from the ocean.

”Comfortable, clean, and friendly, helpful staff”
My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights and right away, we knew we had made a great choice. The manager, Shiv, was very helpful and nice. Our room was very comfortable with great beds and super clean. As a matter of fact, the entire property was excellently maintained. The breakfast was well stocked and adequate....fruit, muffins, toast, cereal, danish, oatmeal, juice and coffee.

”Clean and Comfortable”
Room was nicely appointed and clean. Bed was very comfortable. However... I could hear the upstairs people lumbering around; thankfully not too late or too early. Also, our alarm went off at 5:30 am compliments of the previous guests. If I could secure an upstairs room, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

”Brilliant find in Monterey”
Excellent find, it provided more than our expectations. Very clean, great beds and wonderful staff. I was an easy car ride to everywhere in Monterey. We enjoyed every minute of this part of our holiday and a great place to come back to in the evening. The breakfast was more than adequate but not many tables to sit at. Would recommend to family and friends who wish to stay in Monterey.

Exactly what we wanted, and everything as we expected. Easy to find off the highway and we were able to check in immediately even though we were around an hour early. Very welcoming hosts.

” Great Motel experience”
The location was perfect for visiting Cannery Row, the aquarium, the wharf and for wandering about Monterey. The desk clerk was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat as well as printing tickets for us for the aquarium, thank you! The room (205) was very clean and had everything we needed for comfort and convenience. I was not kept awake with freeway nor road noise. A good night's sleep I will stay there on my next visit to that area.
