My only tip if you want a more substantial breakfast-plan to eat out. Not too much offered for the continental breakfast, but adequate for a quick bite to eat on your way out.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We arrived during the countywide power outage and were given helpful tips to accommodate our dining needs based on areas that now had power, flashlights were offered etc. The room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Monterey.
